FAQ

Am I responsible for managing my waitlist reservations?

If you’re no longer planning to make it to class, please take a quick moment to remove yourself from the waitlist. The waitlist moves fast, and you can be added to class automatically up to two hours before start time. If you’re added and don’t show or cancel after being moved into class, a late cancel or no-show fee will apply.

What fees are incurred for a no show cancellation?

We totally get that things come up—but if you’re unable to make it to class and don’t cancel before start time, a $20 no-show fee will apply.
Thank you for respecting our schedule and your fellow clients who’d love that spot!

What fees are incurred for late cancellation?

CORE+CO has a 12-hour cancellation policy in place. Clients must cancel their class at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class time will be considered a late cancel, and a fee of $15 will be applied.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy helps ensure all clients have the opportunity to book available spots!

What’s our late cancellation policy?

At CORE+CO, we get that life happens — but we do ask for a little notice! You can cancel your class at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time to avoid any fees. Cancellations made within 12 hours will be considered late.

What is the policy for arriving late to the class?

The opening portion of class is designed to engage your core, elevate your heart rate, and prepare your body for the full workout. Missing this essential warm-up increases your risk of injury and impacts your overall performance.
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in, set up your equipment, and start strong!
Once class starts, if anyone is waiting for a reformer, he/she will be given your reformer.
